Floor Stand Collapse

Two-wheeled trailers often drive away from loading and unloading areas leaving compartments secured by floor supports. When a fully loaded forklift passes over the unloading platform and enters a compartment, its impact may cause the floor supports to collapse and cause the forklift to fall into the front section of the compartment.

Truck Rollover

When a forklift truck enters a compartment with a full load, the rapid movement of the load will cause an unbalanced force at the bottom of the compartment, which will lead to a sudden tip-over at the rear or front section of the compartment.

Truck Slip

Forklift trucks operating constantly in and out of trucks, even with brakes locked and tires limited, can cause the trucks to slip slightly. When the truck slips beyond the extension of the loading platform, the forklift and its driver will fall off the loading platform or truck into the driveway.
