  1. Lowering the sliding door to the pit floor maximizes environmental control. Helps reduce dust, debris and rodents from entering the plant during loading and unloading, and reduces energy loss from pit loading platforms.

  2. Minimizes gaps by lowering the door to the pit floor (closed) for increased safety.

  3. Smooth transition design includes constant radius tail hinges, two-point crown controls on the front extension plate hinges and optimized extension plate cut-outs to reduce vibration for forklift operators, product and equipment.

  4. Simple Floor Cleaning The RHV Vertical Hydraulic Handling Platform is designed for simple, routine cleaning or full cleaning.

  5. Safe power lift/lowering control, constant pressure push button control allows the operator to fully control the platform movement. Safer than power lifting and gravity lowering devices.

  6. Rear tilt control allows the platform to be offset from the center to store loads, reducing stress on the hydraulic system.

  7. Overall range of free floating Mechanical balance valve control device located at the bottom of the platform deck allows the platform to float up and down as the carriage load changes.
